We're excited to announce that you can now order our favorite period products directly from our site to your door! This initiative not only supports menstrual health but also aligns with our commitment to menstrual cycle education. We believe that providing students and attendees at our youth symposium with access to essential period education is crucial for promoting awareness and understanding.

In Project RED, we learn all about menstruation education, and I’ve already learned so much that I didn’t know! I joined Project RED because my friends joined, and since I'm ten, I'm getting close to the age when I will get my period. Plus, we get snacks! We also get to help other countries! We already assisted a group home in Uganda, and we hope to help more. We host events and raise money to support more youth period programs. I also love the crafts that we make. We have lots of guest speakers, and once we even got free products! Once again, Project RED is SO FUN!

This year, something amazing we did in our afterschool club was refilling pads-on-a-roll in both the girls' and boys' bathrooms, a part of our youth period programs. I really enjoy refilling the pads at every meeting!

Second, it felt fun, important, and aligned with my passion for menstruation education. Period projects are crucial because some individuals may be on their period without access to necessary period products, or they might have to pay for them. Often, even if you carry around 25 cents or a dollar, the machines are empty anyway. To sum it up, I believe that period products should be free, especially through youth period programs!

Hi, my name is Irene and I joined Project RED because I wanted to gain a deeper understanding of menstruation education. Back in grade four, our class touched on puberty, which intrigued me, but we didn’t cover much about periods. That's when I decided to join Project RED! A friend of mine also wanted to learn, so we both became part of it the following year. Gradually, our friends became interested in youth period programs and decided to join us as well. I realized it was important to learn about periods to know how to manage them without stress. Menstruation is something that most girls experience around the age of 8-12 or even earlier or later. Being prepared is essential when it comes to handling your period, and that’s exactly why I joined Project RED!
