Hello! My name is Ellen. I only recently joined Project Red and I plan on on staying!
Why? It is so fun! In Project Red we learn about all about periods, I already learnt so much stuff that I didn’t know! I joined Project Red because my friends joined, and I’m ten so I am getting near the age that I am getting my period and we get snack
Hello! My name is Ellen. I only recently joined Project Red and I plan on on staying!
Why? It is so fun! In Project Red we learn about all about periods, I already learnt so much stuff that I didn’t know! I joined Project Red because my friends joined, and I’m ten so I am getting near the age that I am getting my period and we get snacks! We also get to help other countries! We already helped a group home in Uganda and we hope to help more. We host events and raise money to host MORE events. I also love the crafts that we make. We have lots of guest speakers and once we got free products! Once again, Project Red is SO FUN!

Hello, I’m Dariya! The main reason why I joined Project Red is because I wanted to learn more about menstruation. Another reason why I joined is because I got inspired by last year’s Project Red! Something amazing we did this year in our afterschool club is refilling pads-on-a-roll in the girls AND boys bathroom. I enjoy refilling the pads every meeting!

Hi, my name is Maisie and I joined Project Red for 2 reasons. One, all of my friends were joining and it seemed really cool. Two, it seemed fun,, and cool, and important. Period projects are very important because someone could be on their period and not have access to period products, or they have to pay for them. Most times even if you carry around 25 cents or $1 the machines are empty anyway. So just to wrap up, period products should be free!

Hello, I’m Zoe and this is why I joined Project Red:
I joined because 3 of my friends had joined and it is very fun. What we do in Project Red is we have bake sales to raise money for our library for period books, and we had a "volley-brawl" at lunch break to raise money for period kits for kids in Uganda.

Hi, my name is Irene and I joined Project Red because I wanted to learn about menstruation. I wanted to learn because when I was in grade four, our class learned about puberty and I was interested in it, but we didn’t learn a lot about periods. So I decided to join Project Red! My friend also wanted to join, so we joined together the next year. Slowly, our friends got interested and they joined too. I realized that it was about time to learn about periods to know what to do so I wouldn’t stress while having it. Menstruation is something that mostly all girls get around the age of 8-12 or earlier or later. If you don’t know what to do if you have your period, you should be prepared so that’s why I joined Project Red!

Hello, my name is Margot and besides Project Red, I am a Girl Guide! I love to make my team laugh, and even better when I'm destigmatizing periods! Going to the school washrooms to refill products is always a fun trip! My sibling was in Project Red last year, and when I saw how much they loved it, I knew I needed to join it too!
